MEIGS COUNTY — The Meigs Local School Board will be one of many school districts participating in the 17th annual Student Achievement Fair this November in Columbus.
This event will take place Nov. 10 at the Ohio State Boards Association’s 60th annual Capital Conference and Trade Show at the Greater Columbus Convention Center The trade show will take place between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. There are expected to be 500 exhibitors at the trade show, which is considered the nation’s biggest trade show that is related to education. The entire conference will run Nov. 8-11.
Those in attendance will be able to see digital artwork, video storytelling, robot building and clean energy usage, among other projects. A guest list predicts that at least 10,000 school board members, administrators and guests at the event, which is listed as the second largest in the United States.
