Johnnie Bernice (Lowe) Monroe, 89, of Point Pleasant, W.Va., died early Monday, January 14, 2013, at Holzer Assisted Living in Gallipolis, Ohio, where she had had lived since August 2010.
Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2013, at the Crow- Hussell Funeral Home, with the funeral service conducted by Rev. John Holland starting at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at the Suncrest Cemetery in Point Pleasant, W.Va. A luncheon reception will follow at the Point Pleasant Presbyterian Church at 8th and Main.
