POMEROY — “Eclipsed,” a mystery/murder comedy, will be presented as a dinner theatre event with its first of two performances tonight at Meigs High School.

The dinner theatre is being presented by the Meigs High School Drama Club and the Meigs Band Boosters. It is centered around the celebrated guests of Lord and Lady Moon at the coveted annual Moonlight Charity Gala where a diamond necklace that is supposed to go up for auction disappears.

Then when the hostess is mysteriously poisoned, it becomes apparent that someone in the cast of characters is a thief, not to mention a murderer.

The first performance will take place tonight with a second performance to be held on Sunday in the Meigs High School cafeteria.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. The cost of admission is $15 which includes the dinner, spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, dessert and drinks.

Advance tickets are available at Clark’s Jewelry Store in Pomeroy. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door.
