John Simpson Dillard, 86, of Gallipolis, died on Monday, December 3, 2012, at King’s Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky.
Services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, December 7, 2012, at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Barcus officiating. Burial will follow in Maddy Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.
