Marlin F. James, 82, of Gallipolis, Ohio, died on Saturday, September 1, 2012, at the Arbors at Gallipolis. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at Willis Funeral Home. Friends may call on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Willis Funeral Home.
