Selecting the best from the rest when there are dozens of entries is no easy task. This year the job fell to Judy Stopkotte of Dayton, an accredited judge of the Ohio Association of Garden Clubs, making her first judging visit to Meigs County. She was assisted by Judy Snowden who laid the ribbons on the winning entries.
