Ronald Spurlock, 65, of Coolville, Ohio, died Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at his residence.
He was born December, 31, 1946, in Milton, W.Va., son of the late Voyd and Inez Harper Spurlock.
He is survived by a son, Bobby Spurlock; three granddaughters, Katlene, Ivebella and Alex Spurlock; his girlfriend, Kathy Pickens; six brothers, Daniel, David, Gary, Voyd, Rodney and Don; five sisters, Barbara Bissell, Kay Lanham, Kathy Walker, Carol Dodge and Pam Boyd; a daughter-in-law, Wendy Spurlock; several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Billy Spurlock; and a brother, C.L. Spurlock.
He was a army veteran of the Vietnam War, and a member of the Meigs County Fishing and Game Club.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, August, 4, 2012, at the Cherry Ridge Cemetery with Rick Hastings officiating . Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the at the White-Schwarzel Funeral in Coolville.
