Victor Craig Blackburn, 55, of Pliny, W.Va, passed away on July 31, 2012, in the Pleasant Valley Hospital.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 5, 2012, at the Deal Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Blackburn Family Cemetery, Pliny, W.Va. Friends may call from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
