Dear Editor,
Holzer Health System would like to officially say ‘Thank You’ to the overwhelming number of staff who assisted our health system in some way during the past storms. With the power outages across our service area, our dedicated health care workers have continued to provide top-quality services for our communities, both at our facilities, and in volunteer situations for their friends, family and loved ones.
Holzer has long prided itself on being a family, and during these times of crisis, the strong bond to our communities is shown in each and every situation faced. Our residents continue to pull together to assist those who needed it most. We are always proud to say that we are a part of Holzer Health System, and more proud to say that we live in southern Ohio.
In addition, we want to take a moment to commend the tireless efforts of the utility company workers, volunteers, individuals who assisted with shelters, basically everyone who took on extra work to help us in this time of need. Many in our area are still struggling to get power back on, and the efforts of these individuals do not go unnoticed. From the bottom of our hearts, we say ‘Thank You’ for all you do.
Sincerely,
Brent Saunders
