SYRACUSE — People of all ages enjoyed the first full day of summer on Thursday, spending the day at the Syracuse Pool.

Pool manager Shawn Hawley said that, to date, there have been 1,300 paid admissions to the pool, with 98 in attendance on Wednesday.

The pool is open seven days a week through the summer, with “swimming under the stars” two nights per week. Pool hours are noon-7 p.m., Sunday-Thursday, and noon-6 p.m., Friday-Saturday. Swimming under the stars is held from 8:30-10:30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday.
