Virginia Irene Bloomer, 90, of Gallipolis, died on Sunday, June 17, 2012, at the Holzer Medical Center.
Services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, June 21, 2012, at the Willis Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Old Pine Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-9 p.m., on Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at the funeral home.
