David Brian Owens, 54, Gallipolis, Ohio, died Wednesday, March 7, 2012, in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis.
Per David’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services. A private service will be held at a later date. The McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, is honored to be handling the arrangements for the Owens Family.
