Kathleen Ila Dalton Kathleen Ila Dalton, 59, of Rutland, passed away on April 17, 2013, at Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. She was born on May 30, 1953, in Gallipolis, Ohio, daughter of the late Kathleen VanMeter and Robert VanMeter. She was an avid gardener and was employed by Ed’s Greenhouse and Hubbard’s Greenhouse.
