Charles Joseph “Joe” Woodall, 58, of Gallipolis, died on Wednesday, October 17, 2012, at the Holzer Medical Center Emergency Room.
Services will be held at 1 p.m., Sunday, October 21, 2012, at the Willis Funeral Home with Chaplain Bob Hood officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-9 p.m. on Saturday, October 20, 2012, at the funeral home. There will be a flag presentation at the graveside.
