Christopher Bias and Ashley Chapman
Thomas J. and Kristie Kessel of Gallipolis, Ohio, are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Chapman, to Christopher Bias, son of Lisa Watts of Huntington, West Virginia.
Chapman is a graduate of Gallia Academy High School and the University of Rio Grande. Bias is a graduate of Huntington Midland High School and St. Mary’s School of Nursing. Both are Registered Nurses at St. Mary’s Medical Center.
A December wedding is planned.
