MEIGS COUNTY — The Tuppers Plains-Chester Water District has issued a boil advisory in Chester Township.

The advisory includes the following roads: Sumner Road from Ohio 7 north to the intersection of Keebaugh Follrod Road. This includes all of Keebaugh Follrod Road, Miller Road, Dean Road and Stetham Road.

When a boil advisory is in effect, customers are asked to boil their cooking and drinking water for three minutes before consuming it. The reason for the outage is to repair a leak on the main water line.

The boil advisory will be in effect until 4:30 p.m., Saturday, June 30, 2012, unless notified otherwise.
