MIDDLEPORT — Dozens of firetrucks, bicycles, pedal vehicles and other participants took part in the annual Middleport Fourth of July parade on Tuesday evening.
Middleport’s oldest World War II veteran Henry Clatworthy served as the Grand Marshal for the parade, making his way through the parade route, waiving to those in attendance.
In addition to the parade, DJ Kip Grueser played music at Dave Diles Park, with the band Remember Then also performing throughout the evening.
The festivities concluded with fireworks which were sponsored by the Middleport Community Association and the Village of Mason, in addition to numerous local business and individual donors.
