CHESTER TOWNSHIP — The Tuppers Plains-Chester Water District has issued a boil advisory in Meigs County in the Chester Township, according to a news release.

The boil advisory applies from the intersection of Rocksprings Road and Flatwoods Road to CR 51, which includes Abbott Road, Broderick Road, Long Hollow Road and Grueser Road.

When a boil is in effect, the water district asks all who are affected to boil their cooking and drinking water for three minutes before being consumed. The reason for the outage is a report of a leak on the main water line.

The boil advisory will be in effect until 4 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, unless notified otherwise.
